The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

By the snorting courses, 1 And strike sparks of fire, 2 while running during a raid at dawn, 3 Stirring up thereby [clouds of] dust, 4 Arriving thereby in the center collectively, 5 Truly man is, to his Lord, ungrateful; 6 And is himself witness to it, 7 for, verily, to the love of wealth is he most ardently devoted. 8 ۞ Knoweth he not - when that which is in the graves shall be ransacked? 9 And there shall be brought to light that which is in the breasts? 10 their Lord will examine his deeds? 11
