The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 Who creates and proportions, 2 Who hath ordained laws. And granted guidance; 3 The One Who produced pasture. 4 then turns it into black stubble. 5 By degrees shall We teach thee to declare (the Message), so thou shalt not forget, 6 save what God wills; surely He knows what is spoken aloud and what is hidden. 7 We shall facilitate for you the Easy Way. 8 So remind, if the reminder should benefit; 9 He who fears [God] will heed the reminder, 10 but it will be ignored by the most unfortunate, 11 even he who shall roast in the Great Fire, 12 Wherein he will neither die nor live. 13 He is successful who groweth, 14 remembering his Lord's name and praying. 15 But you prefer the life of this world, 16 whereas the Hereafter is better and more enduring. 17 Surely, this is in the ancient Scrolls, 18 the Scrolls of Abraham and Moses. 19
