Say, [Prophet], "I am only a warner. There is no god but God, the One, the All-Powerful, 65 "The Lord of the heavens and the earth, and all between,- Exalted in Might, able to enforce His Will, forgiving again and again." 66 Say, "It (facts about the supremacy of God) is the greatest message, 67 Whence ye turn away! 68 "I had no knowledge of the chiefs (angels) on high when they were disputing and discussing (about the creation of Adam). 69 Naught is revealed to me save that I am a plain warner. 70 When your Lord said to the angels; Surely I am going to create a mortal from dust: 71 “So when I have perfected him and breathed into him a spirit from Myself, (you all) fall down before him in prostration.” 72 So the angels prostrated themselves, all of them together: 73 Not so lblis. He grew stiffnecked and became of the infidels. 74 (Allah) said: "O Iblis! What prevents thee from prostrating thyself to one whom I have created with my hands? Art thou haughty? Or art thou one of the high (and mighty) ones?" 75 [Iblis (Satan)] said: "I am better than he, You created me from fire, and You created him from clay." 76 (Allah) said: "Then get thee out from here: for thou art rejected, accursed. 77 and My curse shall remain upon you till the Day of Resurrection.” 78 Said [Iblis]: "Then, O my Sustainer, grant me a respite till the Day when all shall be raised from the dead!" 79 Said Allah, “You are therefore among those given respite.” 80 till the Day the time whereof is known [only to Me]." 81 [Iblees] said, "By your might, I will surely mislead them all 82 Other than the chosen ones among Your creatures." 83 He said: The truth then is and the truth do I speak: 84 I will fill up Hell with you together with those who follow you." 85 Say: I do not ask you for any reward for it; nor am I of those who affect: 86 “It is not but an advice for the entire world.” 87 and after a while you shall know its news' 88
