۞ We sent a revelation to Moses telling him to leave with our servants during the night; they would be pursued (by the Pharaoh). 52 The Pharaoh sent word to all the cities saying, 53 (Who said): Lo! these indeed are but a little troop, 54 And most surely they have enraged us; 55 "But we are a multitude amply fore-warned." 56 So We expelled them from gardens, springs, 57 treasures, and graceful dwellings. 58 Thus (were those things taken from them) and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit them. 59 At sunrise, they followed them. 60 And when the two companies saw one another, the companions of Moses said, "Indeed, we are to be overtaken!" 61 Moses said: "Certainly not. My Lord is with me; He will direct me." 62 Then We revealed to Musa: Strike the sea with your staff. So it had cloven asunder, and each part was like a huge mound. 63 And We made the other party approach thither. 64 And We saved Moosa and all those with him. 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Verily in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe. 67 And yet, verily, thy Sustainer - He alone - is almighty, a dispenser of grace! 68
