Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Have We not opened forth for thee thy breast? 1 and lift from thee thy burden, 2 Which weighed down thy back; 3 Did We not exalt thy fame? 4 Indeed, there is ease with hardship. 5 With hardship indeed there is ease. 6 So when you are free, nominate. 7 And strive to please thy Lord. 8
God the Almighty always says the truth.
