Noah's folk denied the messengers (of Allah), 105 When their brother Nuh (Noah) said to them: "Will you not fear Allah and obey Him? 106 I have been sent as a trusted messenger to you. 107 so serve you God, and obey you me. 108 For this I ask of you no wage, for my wage falls only on the Lord of the Worlds. 109 Have fear of God and obey me." 110 ۞ They said, "Should we believe you while you are followed by the lowest [class of people]?" 111 He said: And what knowledge have I of what they may have been doing (in the past)? 112 Their account falls only upon my Lord, were you but aware. 113 It is not for me to repel those who choose to believe. 114 “I am not but clearly a Herald of Warning.” 115 They said: if thou desistest not, thou shalt surely be of those stoned. 116 He said, 'My Lord, my people have cried me lies, 117 So open between me and them an opening, and save me and the believers who are with me' 118 So We delivered him and those with him, in the Ark filled (with all creatures). 119 Then We drowned the rest (disbelievers) thereafter. 120 Verily herein is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 121 But, verily, thy Sustainer - He alone - is almighty, a dispenser of grace 122
