The Cheaters (Al-Mutaffifeen)
36 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Spider (Al-Ankaboot) before The Heifer (Al-Baqarah)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Woe unto the defrauders: 1 those who demand a full measure from others 2 But if they give by measure or by weight to them, they cause loss. 3 Do such people not realize that they will be raised up, 4 on a great day 5 The day when everyone will stand before the Lord Of The Creation. 6 By no means! Verily the record of the ungodly is in Sijjin. 7 And what will explain to thee what Sijjin is? 8 It is a comprehensively written Book (of records). 9 Woe, then, to those that give the lie, 10 Those who deny the Day of Justice. 11 Yet none gives the lie to it except the transgressor immersed in sin; 12 When Our verses are recited to him, he says: 'Fictitious tales of the ancients' 13 No. In fact what they have been doing has rusted their hearts. 14 No! Indeed, from their Lord, that Day, they will be partitioned. 15 then they shall roast in Hell. 16 Then shall it be said: This is what you gave the lie to. 17 Nay! Verily, the Record (writing of the deeds) of Al-Abrar (the pious who fear Allah and avoid evil), is (preserved) in 'Illiyyun. 18 and what will make you understand what the 'Illiyyin is? -- 19 It is [their destination recorded in] a register inscribed 20 Which is witnessed by the close ones. 21 Verily the pious will be in heaven, 22 seated on couches and gazing around in wonder. 23 On their faces you will see the glow of beatitude. 24 They will be given a drink of pure wine, sealed, 25 its seal is musk, for this let the competitors compete; 26 With the wine is a drink from Tasnim, 27 A spring, from (the waters) whereof drink those Nearest to Allah. 28 BEHOLD, those who have abandoned themselves to sin are wont to laugh at such as have attained to faith 29 when them passed them by winking at one another, 30 and when they went back to their families, they went back jesting, 31 And when they saw them they said: Lo! these have gone astray. 32 And they were not sent to be keepers over them. 33 So Today those who believed are laughing at the disbelievers, 34 while reclining on couches and reviewing (the bounties given to them). 35 Surely the disbelievers are rewarded as they did. 36
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
