Verily those who keep away from evil and follow the straight path shall be in the midst of gardens and springs of water. 45 'Enter you them, in peace and security!' 46 We shall cleanse their hearts of all traces of ill-will; they will be like brethren seated on couches facing one another. 47 No fatigue will touch them therein, nor from it will they [ever] be removed. 48 ۞ (O Prophet), declare to My servants that I am indeed Ever Forgiving, Most Merciful. 49 But My punishment is surely a painful one. 50 And tell them about Abraham's guests. 51 When they entered unto him, and said; peace! He said: verily we are afraid of you. 52 'Do not be afraid' they answered. 'We come to give you glad tidings of a knowledgeable child' 53 He said: "Do ye give me glad tidings that old age has seized me? Of what, then, is your good news?" 54 They said: "We give thee glad tidings in truth: be not then in despair!" 55 He said, "No one despairs of the mercy of his Lord except those who are in error. 56 Then he asked, "What then is your business, O messengers?" 57 They said: We have been sent unto a guilty folk, 58 Except Lut's followers: We will most surely deliver them all, 59 all together, excepting his wife -- we have decreed, she shall surely be of those that tarry.' 60
