The Fig (Al-Teen)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Galaxies (Al-Burooj) before Quraish (Quraish)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

I swear by the fig and the olive, 1 and the Mount, Sinai, 2 And by this land made safe; 3 We have indeed created man in the best of mould, 4 and We shall return him to the lowest of the low, 5 Except such as believe and do righteous deeds: For they shall have a reward unfailing. 6 Who, then, can give the lie to you, (O Prophet), about the Reward and the Punishment? 7 Is Allah not the Most Just of judges! 8

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
