Verily the tree of Zaqqum: 43 is food for the sinner. 44 It will be like molted brass which will boil in the bellies 45 As the seething of boiling water. 46 [And the word will be spoken:] "Seize him, [O you forces of hell,] and drag him into the midst of the blazing fire: 47 Then pour the punishment of boiling water over his head, 48 They will be told, "Suffer the torment. You had thought yourselves to be majestic and honorable. 49 This is that concerning which you were doubting.' 50 The pious ones will be in a secure place 51 Amid gardens and watersprings, 52 robed in silk and brocade, set face to face. 53 Thus shall it be. And We shall pair them with companions pure, most beautiful of eye. 54 They will call therein for every kind of fruit in security. 55 They will never taste death therein except the first death (of this world), and He will save them from the torment of the blazing Fire, 56 A grace from your Lord; this is the great achievement. 57 Now We have made it easy by thy tongue, that haply they may remember. 58 So be on the watch; they too are on the watch. 59
True are the words of God the Almighty.

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
