Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Yaa-Seen (Alphabets of Arabic language – Allah and to whomever He reveals, know their precise meanings.) 1 By the Wise Koran, 2 That you are indeed one of those sent 3 on a Straight Way, 4 by [virtue of] what is being bestowed from on high by the Almighty, the Dispenser of Grace, 5 That you may warn a people whose fathers were not warned, so they are heedless. 6 Already hath the judgment, (for their infidelity) proved true of most of them, for they believe not. 7 Indeed, We have put shackles on their necks, and they are to their chins, so they are with heads [kept] aloft. 8 and We have set a barrier before them and a barrier behind them, and We have covered them up so that they cannot see. 9 And it is alike to them whether you warn them or warn them not: they do not believe. 10 You can only warn him who follows the Reminder (the Quran), and fears the Most Beneficent (Allah) unseen. Bear you to such one the glad tidings of forgiveness, and a generous reward (i.e. Paradise). 11 Lo! We it is Who bring the dead to life. We record that which they send before (them, and their footprints. And all things We have kept in a clear Register. 12
