This surely is a revelation from the Lord of the Universe: 192 brought down by the Faithful Spirit 193 to your heart, so that you will warn (the people of the dangers of disobeying God). 194 It has been revealed in plain Arabic. 195 And most surely the same is in the scriptures of the ancients. 196 Is it not a token for them that the doctors of the Children of Israel know it? 197 Had We revealed it to a man of obscure tongue 198 And he had recited it unto them, they would not have believed in it. 199 Thus have We caused it (the denial of the Quran) to enter the hearts of the Mujrimun (criminals, polytheists, sinners, etc.). 200 they will not believe in it until they see the grievous punishment. 201 It will come upon them unawares, and they will not comprehend it. 202 Then will they say: "Can we be given respite?" 203 Do they then ask for Our Penalty to be hastened on? 204 Just think: If We let them enjoy (the good things of life) for a few years more, 205 And then there cometh unto them that which they had been promised. 206 of what avail would their past enjoyment be to them? 207 And We did not destroy any town but it had (its) warners, 208 for a reminder, and We never harmed. 209 No evil ones have brought down this (Revelation): 210 Neither would it suit them, nor they can (produce it). 211 Most surely they are far removed from the hearing of it. 212 (Muhammad), do not worship anything besides God lest you suffer the punishment. 213 And warn your tribe (O Muhammad SAW) of near kindred. 214 And lower thy wing (in kindness) unto those believers who follow thee. 215 And if they disobey thee, say thou: verily I am quit of that which ye work. 216 Put thy trust in the All-mighty, the All-compassionate 217 Who sees you (O Muhammad SAW) when you stand up (alone at night for Tahajjud prayers). 218 and observes your movements among those who prostrate themselves. 219 Verily He! He is the Hearer, the Knower. 220 Shall I tell you on whom the Satans come down? 221 They descend on every lying sinner, 222 They listen, but most of them are liars. 223 And as for the poets [they, too, are prone to deceive themselves: and so, only] those who are lost in grievous error would follow them. 224 Do you not see that they wander about bewildered in every valley? 225 preaching what they do not practice. 226 The righteously striving believers among them who remember God very often and use their talent to seek help after they have been wronged are the exceptional. The unjust will soon know how terrible their end will be. 227
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
