[O MEN!] Are you more difficult to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 He raised its roof and made it proper. 28 and covered its night with darkness and brought forth from it its day; 29 And the earth He extended after that; 30 and brought out of it its water and its pasture, 31 And the mountains hath He firmly fixed;- 32 A provision for you and for your cattle. 33 When the great calamity comes, 34 the Day when the human will remember what he has worked for, 35 And hell will be made visible to all those who can see. 36 then as for him who was insolent 37 and preferred the worldly life, 38 that blazing fire will truly be the goal! 39 But unto him who shall have stood in fear of his Sustainer's Presence, and held back his inner self from base desires, 40 most surely his abode shall be Paradise. 41 They question thee of the Hour: when will its arrival be? 42 What concern do you have to speak about that? 43 Unto thy Lord is the Knowledge of the limit fixed therefor. 44 Thou art but a warner unto him who feareth. 45 The Day they see it, (it will be) as if they had not tarried (in this world) except an afternoon or a morning. 46
