The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
۞ When the Event (the resurrection) comes 1 (and none denies its descending) 2 Abasing exalting. 3 When the earth shall be shaken to its depths, 4 and the mountains crumbled 5 So they will become like fine dust, scattered in a shaft of light. 6 On that day, you (mankind) will be divided into three groups: 7 So those on the Right Hand (i.e. those who will be given their Records in their right hands), Who will be those on the Right Hand? (As a respect for them, because they will enter Paradise). 8 And those on the left how (wretched) are those on the left! 9 And those foremost [(in Islamic Faith of Monotheism and in performing righteous deeds) in the life of this world on the very first call for to embrace Islam,] will be foremost (in Paradise). 10 These will be those Nearest to Allah: 11 In the Gardens of Pleasure, 12 A multitude from the ancients. 13 And a few of the later peoples, 14 upon close-wrought couches 15 reclining upon them, set face to face, 16 Round about them will (serve) youths of perpetual (freshness), 17 With bowls and ewers and a cup from a pure spring 18 Unheady, uninebriating; 19 with fruits of their own choice 20 and any flesh of fowl that they desire. 21 And companions with big beautiful eyes 22 Like pearls within their shells, 23 A reward for what they used to do. 24 There hear they no vain speaking nor recrimination 25 only the saying 'Peace, Peace!' 26 NOW AS FOR those who have attained to righteousness - what of those who have attained to righteousness? 27 Among thornless lote-trees 28 Among Talh trees with flowers (or fruits) piled one above another,- 29 And shade extended 30 And water flowing constantly, 31 And fruit in abundance. 32 never-failing and never out of reach. 33 They shall be on upraised couches, 34 Perfectly We formed them, perfect, 35 and made them virgins, 36 loving companions, matching in age, 37 For the companions of the right [who are] 38

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
