Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
YA SIN. 1 I call to witness the Qur'an, custodian of all laws, -- 2 That you are indeed one of those sent 3 On a straight path. 4 The sending down of the Mighty, the Most Merciful 5 so that you may warn a people whose fathers were not warned and so they are unaware. 6 Surely most of them merit the decree of chastisement; so they do not believe. 7 We will certainly put iron collars on their heel's which will come up to their chins, so that they will not be able to raise their heads. 8 and We have set a barrier before them and a barrier behind them, and We have covered them up so that they cannot see. 9 And it is alike to them whether you warn them or warn them not: they do not believe. 10 You can warn only those who would follow the Reminder and fear the Gracious God, unseen. Give them the good news of forgiveness and a noble reward. 11 It is We indeed who bring back the dead to life, and write down what they send ahead (of their deeds), and traces that they leave behind. We keep an account of all things in a lucid register. 12
