The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

OH, the sudden calamity! 1 What is the Calamity? 2 And what do you know what the Calamity is? 3 [It will occur] on the Day when men will be like moths swarming in confusion, 4 and the mountains will be like fluffy tufts of wool.... 5 Then he whose deeds weigh heavy in the Scale 6 He is therefore in the desired bliss. 7 And as for him whose measure of good deeds is light, 8 He will have his home in Hawiyah (pit, i.e. Hell). 9 And what do you know what that is? 10 A flaming fire! 11

True are the words of God the Almighty.
