Say, "Lord, if you will afflict them with punishment, 93 O my Lord, put me not among the people of the evildoers.' 94 And verily We are Able to show thee that which We have promised them. 95 Repel evil with the best deeds; We well know the matters that they fabricate. 96 Say: "My Lord, I seek refuge in You from the evil promptings of the devils. 97 I seek refuge in You lest they come to me." 98 (They shall persist in their deeds) until when death comes to anyone of them he will say: "My Lord, send me back to the world 99 that I should do righteousness in that I forsook' No! It is only a word which he will speak. Behind them there shall stand a barrier till the Day that they shall be resurrected. 100 Then when the Trumpet is blown, there will be no more relationships between them that Day, nor will one ask after another! 101 Then, those whose scales (of good deeds) are heavy, - these, they are the successful. 102 But those whose scales weigh light will have ruined their souls; in Hell will they abide. 103 The fire lashes their faces and therein are shriveled lips. 104 [And God will say:] "Were not My messages conveyed unto you, and were you [not] wont to give them the lie?" 105 They will reply, "Lord, our hard-heartedness overcame us and we went astray. 106 "Our Lord! bring us out of this: if ever we return (to Evil), then shall we be wrong-doers indeed!" 107 Allah will say: "Away from Me; stay where you are and do not address Me. 108 There is a party of My servants who said, "Our Lord, we believe; therefore forgive us, and have mercy on us, for Thou art the best of the merciful." 109 But you took them for a mockery until they made you forget My remembrance and you used to laugh at them. 110 Lo! I have rewarded them this Day for their steadfastness, so that they, and they alone, are triumphant." 111 They will be asked: "How long did you live on the earth in terms of years?" 112 They will say: We tarried a day or part of a day, but ask those who keep account. 113 He will say: "Ye stayed not but a little,- if ye had only known! 114 Did you imagine that We created you without any purpose, and that you will not be brought back to Us?" 115 Therefore exalted be Allah, the King, the Reality: there is no god but He, the Lord of the Throne of Honour! 116 And the one who worships any other God along with Allah of which he does not have any proof his account is with his Lord; indeed there is no salvation for the disbelievers. 117 And (O dear Prophet Mohammed peace and blessings be upon him) say, “My Lord! Forgive and have mercy, and You are the Best of all the Merciful. 118
True are the words of God the Almighty.
