The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
۞ Hallow thou the name of thine Lord, the Most High, 1 who created and shaped, 2 And the One Who kept proper measure and then guided. 3 Who brought forth the pasture, 4 then made it a blackening wrack. 5 We will make you recite, [O Muhammad], and you will not forget, 6 except what Allah wills, surely, He knows all that is (spoken) aloud and what is hidden. 7 We shall ease thee unto the Easing. 8 Therefore give admonition in case the admonition profits (the hearer). 9 Soon whoever fears will heed advice. 10 Only the wretch will turn aside, 11 He who will be flung to the great Fire 12 Then he neither dies in it, nor lives. 13 He is successful who groweth, 14 and mentions the Name of his Lord, and prays. 15 Nay! you prefer the life of this world, 16 whereas the Hereafter is better and more enduring. 17 Indeed this is in the former scriptures. 18 The Books of Abraham and Moses. 19
Almighty Allah's Truth.
