[O MEN!] Are you more difficult to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 Raised it high, proportioned it, 28 And He made dark its night and brought out its light. 29 And the earth! thereafter He stretched it out. 30 produced water and grass therefrom, 31 And stabilized the mountains 32 As provision for you and your grazing livestock. 33 Then when the Grand Calamity shall come 34 On that day man will recall all what he strove for. 35 and Hell will be brought in sight for anyone to see: 36 For, unto him who shall have transgressed the bounds of what is right, 37 And prefers the life of this world, 38 Lo! hell will be his home. 39 But as for him who feared to stand before his Lord and restrained his soul from lust, 40 shall dwell in Paradise. 41 They ask you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) about the Hour, - when will be its appointed time? 42 What art thou about, to mention it? 43 Unto thy Lord is the Knowledge of the limit fixed therefor. 44 You are only a warner for those who fear such a day. 45 It will be, on the Day they see it, as though they had not remained [in the world] except for an afternoon or a morning thereof. 46
