Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2

But nay! I swear by that which you see, 38 And what you do not see 39 This Qur’an is the speech of Allah with a gracious Noble Messenger. 40 And it is not the speech of a poet; how little do you believe! 41 Nor is it the speech of a soothsayer; how little do you ponder! 42 It has been sent down by the Lord of all the worlds. 43 Had he invented against Us any sayings, 44 We would have seized him by the right hand 45 Then would have cut off his heart’s artery. 46 And none of you could withhold Us from (punishing) him. 47 Surely it is a Good Counsel for the God-fearing. 48 We certainly know that some of you have rejected it 49 it will be a source of bitter regret for those who deny the truth -- 50 yet indeed it is the truth of certainty. 51 Wherefore hallow thou the name of thy Lord, the Mighty. 52

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
