Do you not see that We have sent the Shaitans against the unbelievers, inciting them by incitement? 83 So hasten thou not against them; We are only numbering for them a number. 84 The Day We shall gather the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2) unto the Most Beneficent (Allah), like a delegate (presented before a king for honour). 85 And shall drive the culprits to Hell as a herd. 86 None shall have the power of intercession, but such a one as has received permission (or promise) from (Allah) Most Gracious. 87 They say, "The Gracious One has begotten a son." 88 Surely, you have brought a monstrous thing! 89 Whereby the heavens are almost torn, and the earth is split asunder, and the mountains fall in ruins, 90 that they have attributed to the All-merciful a son; 91 And it does not befit the Most Gracious to choose an offspring! 92 There is no one in the heavens and the earth but comes before Ar-Rahman in all obedience. 93 He has enumerated them and counted them a [full] counting. 94 Everyone on the Day of Judgment will individually come into the presence of God. 95 The Lord of Mercy will bestow affection upon those who believe and perform righteous deeds. 96 Now We have made it easy by thy tongue that thou mayest bear good tidings thereby to the godfearing, and warn a people stubborn. 97 How many generations have We destroyed before them! Do you sense even one of them, or hear a whisper from them? 98
