But what is the matter with the unbelievers, that they strain their glances continuously towards them, 36 on the right and on the left in groups? 37 Does every one of them hope to enter [by this means] a garden of bliss? 38 No, that is not like that! Verily, We have created them out of that which they know! 39 Now I do call to witness the Lord of all points in the East and the West that We can certainly- 40 to substitute a better than they; We shall not be outstripped. 41 so leave them to indulge in vain idle talk and amuse themselves, until they face the Day which they have been promised, 42 the Day on which they will hastily come forth from their graves, as though they were hurrying on to the altars of their deities. 43 with their eyes cast down and covered by disgrace; the day about which they were promised. 44
