And indeed this Qur’an has been sent down by the Lord Of The Creation. 192 Which the trusted spirit descended with 193 to your heart, so that you will warn (the people of the dangers of disobeying God). 194 in a clear, Arabic tongue. 195 Its news was also mentioned in the ancient Books. 196 Was it not a proof for them that the learned men of Israel knew about this? 197 If We had revealed it to a nonArab, 198 In order that he read it to them, even then they would not have believed in it. 199 Thus have We caused it to enter into the hearts of the guilty. 200 They will not believe in it to the extent that they see the painful punishment. 201 And it will come to them suddenly while they perceive [it] not. 202 and they will say, 'Shall we be respited?' 203 Do they wish to hasten Our punishment? 204 Do you not see that even if We give them respite for years 205 then there comes on them that they were promised, 206 Of what avail shall their enjoyment be to them? 207 Never have We destroyed a habitation till We had sent admonishers to them 208 for a reminder; and never did We wrong. 209 Not by the Satans has it been brought down; 210 It is not meet for them, nor is it in their power, 211 They have been precluded from hearing it. 212 So call not upon another god with Allah, lest you be of those who are punished. 213 Warn your nearest kinsmen, 214 And lower thy wing to the Believers who follow thee. 215 So if they do not obey you, then say, “Indeed I am unconcerned with what you do.” 216 Put your trust in the Mighty One, the Merciful, 217 Who observes you when you rise (to pray) 218 And thy movements among those who prostrate themselves, 219 Indeed only He is the All Hearing, the All Knowing. 220 Shall I inform you (of him) upon whom the Shaitans descend? 221 They come to every sinful liar. 222 The satans try to listen to the heavens but many of them are liars. 223 As for the poets, the erring follow them, 224 Have you not seen that they wander distract in every valley, 225 And that they say that which they do not do, 226 Not so the true believers who do good works and remember God with fervour and defend themselves only after they are wronged. The wrongdoers will soon know how evil a turn their affairs will take. 227

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
