We gave the people of Israel a settled abode, and bestowed good things on them to eat and use. So they did not differ until they came to have knowledge. Your Lord will assuredly settle their differences on the Day of Resurrection. 93 So, if thou art in doubt regarding what We have sent down to thee, ask those who recite the Book before thee. The truth has come to thee from thy Lord; so be not of the doubters, 94 And do not be one of those who deny the signs of God, or you will be among the losers. 95 Indeed, those upon whom the word of your Lord has come into effect will not believe, 96 even if they witness every single sign that might come to them until they are face to face with the painful chastisement, 97 Why then was there not a township which believed, so that its faith might have profited it, except the people of Yunus! When they believed, We removed from them the torment of humiliation in the life of the world, and We let them enjoy for a season. 98 And if thy Lord willed, all who are in the earth would have believed together. Wouldst thou (Muhammad) compel men until they are believers? 99 It is not for any soul to believe save by the permission of Allah. He hath set uncleanness upon those who have no sense. 100 Say, "Look at whatever [exists] in heavens and on earth." But signs and warnings do not benefit the unbelievers. 101 What expect they save the like of the days of those who passed away before them? Say: Expect then! I am with you among the expectant. 102 Then (in the end) We save Our Messengers and those who believe! Thus it is incumbent upon Us to save the believers. 103
