The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 The One Who created, and then made proper. 2 And who destined and [then] guided 3 Who bringeth forth the pasturage, 4 Then reduces them to rusty rubbish. 5 We shall make you recite and then you will not forget, 6 Save that which Allah may will. Verily He knoweth the public and that which is hidden. 7 We shall ease you to follow the way of Ease. 8 So render good counsel if good counsel will avail. 9 He who fears [God] will heed the reminder, 10 but it will be ignored by the most unfortunate, 11 who will enter the Great Fire, 12 Then he neither dies in it, nor lives. 13 Surely he will succeed who grows in goodness, 14 And remembers (glorifies) the Name of his Lord (worships none but Allah), and prays (five compulsory prayers and Nawafil additional prayers). 15 But rather you prefer the life of this world! 16 even though the life hereafter will be better and will last forever. 17 Verily this is in Writs ancient 18 the revelations of Abraham and Moses. 19
