And We verily gave grace unto Moses and Aaron, 114 And rescued them and their people from the great calamity. 115 and succoured them, so that [in the end] it was they who achieved victory. 116 We granted them a Clear Book, 117 And We guided them to the Straight Way. 118 And We perpetuated (praise) to them among the later generations. 119 "Peace be upon Moses and Aaron!" 120 Verily We! thus We recompense the well-doers. 121 Lo! they are two of Our believing slaves. 122 Verily Elias is one of the apostles. 123 When he said to his people, “Do you not fear?” 124 Do you call upon Ba'l and leave the best of creators - 125 "Allah, your Lord and Cherisher and the Lord and Cherisher of your fathers of old?" 126 But they belied him, so they will be among the arraigned (in Hell), 127 Except the sincere and devoted Servants of Allah (among them). 128 And We perpetuated to him (praise) among the later generations. 129 "Peace and salutation to such as Elias!" 130 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 131 Indeed, he was of Our believing servants. 132 And indeed, Lot was among the messengers. 133 [So mention] when We saved him and his family, all, 134 except an old woman who was among those that stayed behind; 135 and We destroyed the others. 136 Verily, you pass by them in the morning. 137 And at night-time; have ye then no sense? 138
