We shall help Our Messengers and the believers, in this life and on the day when witness will come forward. 51 The Day when their excuses will be of no profit to Zalimun (polytheists, wrong-doers and disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah). Theirs will be the curse, and theirs will be the evil abode (i.e. painful torment in Hell-fire). 52 Verily We showed Moses the way, and bequeathed the Book to the children of Israel, 53 a guide and an admonition to men of understanding. 54 So be patient, [O Muhammad]. Indeed, the promise of Allah is truth. And ask forgiveness for your sin and exalt [Allah] with praise of your Lord in the evening and the morning. 55 Verily those who wrangle concerning the revelations of Allah without an authority having come unto them there is aught in their breasts save greatness which they shall not reach. Seek refuge thou then in Allah verily He! He is the Hearer, the Beholder. 56 Greater indeed than the creation of man is the creation of the heavens and the earth: yet most men do not understand [what this implies]. 57 And the blind and the sighted are not equal – and neither are the believers who perform good deeds and the wicked equal; how very little do you ponder! 58 Verily, the Last Hour is sure to come: of this there is no doubt; yet most men will not believe it. 59 And your Lord said: "Invoke Me, [i.e. believe in My Oneness (Islamic Monotheism)] (and ask Me for anything) I will respond to your (invocation). Verily! Those who scorn My worship [i.e. do not invoke Me, and do not believe in My Oneness, (Islamic Monotheism)] they will surely enter Hell in humiliation!" 60
