O Prophet, say to thy wives and daughters and the believing women, that they draw their veils close to them; so it is likelier they will be known, and not hurt. God is All-forgiving, All-compassionate. 59 ۞ If the hypocrites, those whose hearts are sick and those who encourage the spread of evil in the city, will not desist, We shall arouse you against them and they will only be allowed to be your neighbors for a short while. 60 Cursed: wherever they are found they shall be seized and murdered, a (horrible) murdering. 61 Such has been the way of Allah with those who have passed before them, and you shall find no change in the ways of Allah. 62 People ask thee ccncerning the Hour. Say thou: the knowledge thereof is only with Allah: and what knowest thou! belike the Hour is nigh. 63 God has condemned the unbelievers and prepared for them a burning torment 64 therein to abide beyond the count of time: no protector will they find, and none to bring them succour. 65 On the day when their faces shall be turned back into the fire, they shall say: O would that we had obeyed Allah and obeyed the Apostle! 66 And they shall say: O our Lord! surely we obeyed our leaders and our great men, so they led us astray from the path; 67 Our Lord, mete out to them a double chastisement and lay upon them a mighty curse.” 68
