What, are you harder to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 On high hath He raised its canopy, and He hath given it order and perfection. 28 and darkened its night and brought forth its morning. 29 And after that He spread the earth. 30 after that bringing forth from it its water and its pasture land, 31 And stabilized the mountains 32 all this as provision for you and your cattle. 33 On the day when the great calamity comes, 34 the human being will recall whatever he has done. 35 Hell fire will become visible for those who would see it. 36 So for one who rebelled, 37 and preferred the worldly life, 38 Lo! hell will be his home. 39 And for such as had entertained the fear of standing before their Lord's (tribunal) and had restrained (their) soul from lower desires, 40 surely Paradise shall be the refuge. 41 They ask you: "When will the Hour be? When is its time fixed?" 42 Wherein art thou concerned with the declaration thereof! 43 [seeing that] with thy Sustainer alone rests the beginning and the end [of all knowledge] thereof? 44 You are only a warner to him who would fear it. 45 The Day they see it, (it will be) as if they had not tarried (in this world) except an afternoon or a morning. 46
