Al-A 'araaf 8 of 24

Indeed We sent forth Noah to his people and he said: 'O my people! Serve Allah, you have no other god than Him Indeed I fear for you the chastisement of an awesome Day.' 59 A group of his people said to him, "You are absolutely wrong." 60 'I am not in error, my nation' he replied. 'I am a Messenger from the Lord of the Worlds 61 I convey to you the messages of my Lord, give you sincere advice, and I know from Allah that which you do not know. 62 Does it seem strange to you that a reminder from your Lord should be sent to a man, from among you, to warn you so that you might receive mercy?" 63 But they called him a liar, so We delivered him and those with him in the ark, and We drowned those who rejected Our communications; surely they were a blind people. 64
