1/4 Hizb 24
< random >
We sent Moses to the Pharaoh and his nobles with Our miracles and a clear authority. 96 to Pharaoh and his Council. But they followed the command of Pharaoh, and Pharaoh's command was not right minded. 97 He will go ahead of his people on the Day of Resurrection, and will lead them into the Fire, and evil indeed is the place to which they are led. 98 And they were followed in this world by a curse and so they will be on the Day of Resurrection, ill is the present presented! 99 That is (something) of the tidings of the townships (which were destroyed of old). We relate it unto thee (Muhammad). Some of them are standing and some (already) reaped. 100 for, no wrong did We do to them, but it was they who wronged themselves. And when thy Sustainer's judgment came to pass, those deities of theirs which they had been wont to invoke instead of God proved of no avail whatever to them, and brought them no more than utter perdition. 101 Such is the Seizure of your Lord when He seizes the (population of) towns while they are doing wrong. Verily, His Seizure is painful, and severe. 102 In that is a sign for him who fears the punishment of the Hereafter. That is a Day for which mankind shall be gathered together, a Day when all will be present. 103 And We defer it only to a term already reckoned. 104 The day it arrives, no soul shall speak except by His leave: of those (gathered) some will be wretched and some will be blessed. 105 As for the wretched, they shall be in the Fire, wherein there shall be for them moaning and sighing, therein dwelling forever, 106 remaining in it timelessly, for ever, as long as the heavens and earth endure, except as your Lord wills. Your Lord carries out whatever He wills. 107 ۞ And as for those who were [destined to be] prosperous, they will be in Paradise, abiding therein as long as the heavens and the earth endure, except what your Lord should will - a bestowal uninterrupted. 108 Be not then in doubt as to what these men worship. They worship nothing but what their fathers worshipped before (them): but verily We shall pay them back (in full) their portion without (the least) abatement. 109

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
