And those who fly for Allah's sake after they are oppressed, We will most certainly give them a good abode in the world, and the reward of the hereafter is certainly much greater, did they but know; 41 Such as are steadfast and put their trust in Allah. 42 And We did not send before you except men, towards whom We sent divine revelations – so O people, ask the people of knowledge if you do not know. (* All the Prophets were men.) 43 [We sent them] with clear proofs and written ordinances. And We revealed to you the message that you may make clear to the people what was sent down to them and that they might give thought. 44 Can, then, they who devise evil schemes ever feel sure that God will not cause the earth to swallow them, or that suffering will not befall them without their perceiving whence [it came]? 45 Or that He may not call them to account in the midst of their goings to and fro, without a chance of their frustrating Him?- 46 Or He may seize them by diminishing their portion. Yet your Lord is compassionate and kind. 47 Have they not observed the things God has created, casting their shadows right and left, prostrating themselves before God in all humility? 48 And unto Allah prostrateth itself whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is in the earth of the living creatures and also the angels; and they are not stiff-necked. 49 They hold their Lord, Who is above them, in fear, and do as they are bidden. ۩ 50
