Do the disbelievers reckon that they can choose My bondmen as protecting friends beside Me? Lo! We have prepared hell as a welcome for the disbelievers. 102 Say thou: shall I declare unto you the greatest losers in respect of works? 103 It will be those whose effort went astray in the life of the world and who believe nevertheless that they are doing good. 104 Those are the ones who disbelieve in the verses of their Lord and in [their] meeting Him, so their deeds have become worthless; and We will not assign to them on the Day of Resurrection any importance. 105 Hell will be their reward, because they denied the truth, and made a jest of My signs and My messengers. 106 Those who believe and do good works shall have the gardens of Paradise for their abode. 107 Where they will abide for ever, never wanting a change. 108 SAY: "If all the sea were ink for my Sustainer's words, the sea would indeed be exhausted ere my Sustainer's words are exhausted! And [thus it would be] if we were to add to it sea upon sea." 109 Say, "I am only a man like you, to whom has been revealed that your god is one God. So whoever would hope for the meeting with his Lord - let him do righteous work and not associate in the worship of his Lord anyone." 110
