AND CALL to mind, through this divine writ, Moses. Behold, he was a chosen one, and was an apostle [of God], a prophet. 51 We called out to him from the right side of the mountain, and drew him near in (Divine) conversation. 52 And with Our mercy We bestowed upon him his brother Haroon, a Prophet. 53 And mention in the Book Ishmael; he was true to his promise, and he was a Messenger, a Prophet. 54 And he used to enjoin on his family and his people As-Salat (the prayers) and the Zakat, and his Lord was pleased with him. 55 Mention in the Book (the Quran) the story of Idris (Enoch); he was a truthful Prophet. 56 We raised him up to a high place. 57 These are they unto whom Allah showed favour from among the prophets, of the seed of Adam and of those whom We carried (in the ship) with Noah, and of the seed of Abraham and Israel, and from among those whom We guided and chose. When the revelations of the Beneficent were recited unto them, they fell down, adoring and weeping. ۩ 58 ۞ But the generation that succeeded them wasted their prayers and followed their desires, so they shall encounter error 59 Except those who repented and accepted faith and did good deeds so these will enter heaven, and they will not be deprived* in the least. (* Of their due reward.) 60 Gardens of Eternity, those which (Allah) Most Gracious has promised to His servants in the Unseen: for His promise must (necessarily) come to pass. 61 No empty talk will they hear there - nothing but [tidings of] inner soundness and peace; and there will they have their sustenance by day and by night: 62 Such is the Paradise which We shall give as an inheritance to those of Our slaves who have been Al-Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons - See V. 2:2). 63 (Said Angel Jibreel to Prophet Mohammed peace and blessings be upon them) “And we angels do not come down except by the command of your Lord; to Him only belongs all that is ahead of us and all that is behind us and all that is between them; and your Lord is not forgetful.” 64 And thy Lord is never forgetful, Lord He of the heavens and earth and all that is between them. So serve Him, and be thou patient in His service; knowest thou any that can be named with His Name? 65
