The human being says, "Shall I be brought to life again after I will die?" 66 Remembereth not man that We created him afore when he was not aught? 67 And, by thy Lord, verily We shall assemble them and the devils, then We shall bring them, crouching, around hell. 68 We shall then pick out from every group the one who was most arrogant towards the Most Gracious. 69 We alone know who deserves most to be burned therein. 70 Not one of you but will pass over it: this is, with thy Lord, a Decree which must be accomplished. 71 Then We shall deliver those that feared Allah and leave the wrong-doers there on their knees. 72 When Our signs are recited to them as clear signs, the unbelievers say to the believers, 'Which of the two parties is better in station, fairer in assembly?' 73 And how many a generation have We destroyed before these, who were goodlier in goods and outward appearance? 74 Say thou: whosoever is in error - surely unto him the Compassionate lengtheneth a length, until when they behold that wherewith they were threatened, either the torment or the Hour, then they shall come to know whosoever is worse in position and weaker as an army. 75 And Allah will increase the guidance for those who have received guidance; and good deeds that remain have the best reward before your Lord, and the best outcome. 76 Note the words of the disbeliever, "I shall certainly be given wealth and children?" 77 Has he looked into the unseen, or has he taken from the Most Merciful a promise? 78 Nay! We shall record what he says, and We shall lengthen the length of his suffering [in the hereafter,] 79 And We shall inherit from him that whereof he spake, and he will come unto Us, alone (without his wealth and children). 80 And they have taken gods, other than Allah, that they might be a power from them. 81 Nay, but they will deny their worship of them, and become opponents unto them. 82
