Beholdest thou not that We have sent the satans upon the infidels inciting them by an incitement? 83 So be not impatient over them. We only count out to them a [limited] number. 84 and on the Day when We will ceremonially gather the righteous to the Merciful, 85 and We shall drive the sinful like a thirsty herd into Hell. 86 They shall not own intercession, excepting those who have taken of the Compassionate a covenant. 87 And they say: the Compassionate hath taken a son. 88 Assuredly, you have uttered a monstrous falsehood: 89 whereat the heavens might well-nigh be rent into fragments, and the earth be split asunder, and the mountains fall down in ruins! 90 That they ascribe a son to the Beneficent Allah. 91 For it is not consonant with the majesty of (Allah) Most Gracious that He should beget a son. 92 All that is in the heavens and the earth will return to the Beneficent God as His submissive servants. 93 He has counted them and exactly numbered all; 94 And all of them are coming to Him on the Day of Resurrection alone. 95 Those who believe and do righteous deeds, the Merciful will assign for them love. 96 (Muhammad), We have given you the Book (the Quran) in your own language so that you could easily give the glad news to the pious ones and warn the quarrelsome ones. 97 And how many a generation We destroyed before them! Dost thou perceive so much as one of them, or hear of them a whisper? 98
