Do you not see that We have appointed devils to incite those who deny the truth to disobedience? 83 (Muhammad), exercise patience; We have given them respite only for an appointed time. 84 On the Day of Judgment, when the pious people will be brought into the presence of the Beneficent God as the guests of honor 85 And drive the guilty towards hell, thirsty. 86 They shall not own intercession, excepting those who have taken of the Compassionate a covenant. 87 And they say: the Compassionate hath taken a son. 88 You have indeed advanced something hideous! 89 It is such a monstrosity that heavens might well-nigh burst forth at it, the earth might be cleaved, and the mountains fall 90 For they have attributed a son to Ar-Rahman, 91 It is not for the Merciful to take a son! 92 There is none in the heavens and earth except he comes to the Merciful as a worshiper. 93 He has counted and enumerated them one by one. 94 Every one of them will come before Him all alone on the Day of Resurrection. 95 The Lord of Mercy will bestow affection upon those who believe and perform righteous deeds. 96 We have made it [the Quran] easy, in your own language [Prophet], so that you may convey glad news to the righteous and give warning to a stubborn people. 97 How numerous are the peoples that We destroyed before them! Do you now perceive any one of them, or hear even their whisper? 98
