ART THOU NOT aware that We have let loose all [manner of] satanic forces upon those who deny the truth - [forces] that impel them [towards sin] with strong impulsion? 83 So make no haste against them, for We but count out to them a (limited) number (of days). 84 The day We shall usher the righteous before Ar-Rahman like envoys into the presence of a king, 85 and drive the evildoers into Gehenna herding, 86 None will have power to intercede for them except one who obtains a promise from Ar-Rahman. 87 And the disbelievers said, “The Most Gracious has chosen an offspring.” 88 You have indeed advanced something hideous! 89 It is such a monstrosity that heavens might well-nigh burst forth at it, the earth might be cleaved, and the mountains fall 90 that they have attributed to the All-merciful a son; 91 When it does not behove the Merciful to have a son. 92 Not one of all [the beings] that are in the heavens or on earth appears before the Most Gracious other than as a servant: 93 He has indeed counted them, and He has numbered them exactly. 94 And everyone of them will come to Him alone on the Day of Resurrection (without any helper, or protector or defender). 95 Those who believe and do righteous deeds, the Merciful will assign for them love. 96 Therefore, We have revealed the Qur'an in your tongue and made it easy to understand that you may give glad tidings to the God-fearing and warn a contentious people. 97 And how many a generation have We destroyed before them! Perceivest thou of them anyone or hear of them a whisper? 98
