Yet Aaron had aforetime said to them, 'My people, you have been tempted by this thing, no more; surety your Lord is the All-merciful; therefore follow me, and obey my commandment!' 90 They said "So long as Moses does not come back we are not going to give it up, and we will remain devoted to it." 91 (Moses) said: "O Aaron! what kept thee back, when thou sawest them going wrong, 92 That thou followedst me not? Hast thou then disobeyed my order? 93 He [Harun (Aaron)] said: "O son of my mother! Seize (me) not by my beard, nor by my head! Verily, I feared lest you should say: 'You have caused a division among the Children of Israel, and you have not respected my word!' " 94 (Moses) said: "What then is thy case, O Samiri?" 95 He said: "I saw what they did not see. I picked up a handful of dust from the messenger's tracks and threw it in, for the idea seemed attractive to me." 96 Moses said, "Go away! Throughout your life you will not be able to let anyone touch you. This will be your punishment in this life. The time for your final punishment is inevitable. You will never be able to avoid it. Look at your god which you have been worshipping. We will burn it in the fire and scatter its ashes into the sea." 97 Your Lord is the One who is the only God and He has the knowledge of all things. 98 Thus We relate to you the history of past events, and We have given you a reminder [the Quran] from Us. 99 Whoever turns aside from it, he shall surely bear a burden on the day of resurrection 100 they will abide in this [state,] and grievous for them will be the weight [of that burden] on the Day of Resurrection 101 The Day when the Trumpet will be blown (the second blowing): that Day, We shall gather the Mujrimun (criminals, polytheists, sinners, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah, etc.) Zurqa: (blue or blind eyed with black faces). 102 In whispers will they consult each other: "Yet tarried not longer than ten (Days); 103 We know well what they will say to one another: We also know that even the most cautious in his estimate will say: "You lived in the world no more than a day." 104
