They ask thee concerning the Mountains: say, "My Lord will uproot them and scatter them as dust; 105 “Therefore leaving the earth just as an empty plain.” 106 Over which you will see no curves or elevations. 107 On that day they follow the summoner who deceiveth not, and voices are hushed for the Beneficent, and thou hearest but a faint murmur. 108 On that day no one’s intercession shall benefit except his to whom the Most Gracious has given permission and whose word He has liked. (The Holy Prophets and virtuous people will be given the permission to intercede. Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him – will be the first to intercede.) 109 He knoweth (all) that is before them and (all) that is behind them, while they cannot compass it in knowledge. 110 ۞ Faces will be humble before the Everlasting and the Self-existing God.
