۞ AND, INDEED, long before [the time of Moses] We vouchsafed unto Abraham his consciousness of what is right; and We were aware of [what moved] him 51 Behold! he said to his father and his people, "What are these images, to which ye are (so assiduously) devoted?" 52 They said, “We found our forefathers worshipping them.” 53 He said: "You and your fathers were in clear error." 54 They said: Bringest thou unto us the truth, or art thou some jester? 55 He said, "Your Lord is the Lord of the heavens and the earth. It was He who created them and I testify to this fact". 56 And, by Allah! I will certainly do something against your idols after you go away, turning back. 57 He broke all the idols into pieces, except the biggest among them so that perhaps people would refer to it. 58 (When they saw the idols in this state) they said: "Who has done this to our gods? Surely he is one of the wrong-doers." 59 They said, "We heard a young man mention them who is called Abraham." 60 They said, “Therefore bring him in front of the people, perhaps they may testify.” 61 'Abraham' they said, 'was it you who did this to our gods' 62 He said: rather he hath wrought it, this big one of them; so question them, if they ever speak. 63 So they turned towards their own selves and (inwardly) said, “Indeed you yourselves are unjust.” 64 Then their minds were turned upside down, and they said: "You know well that they do not speak." 65 He said: 'Would you then worship that, instead of Allah, which can neither help nor harm you? 66 Fie on you and those you worship besides God! Will you not understand?" 67 They said: "Burn him, and come to the support of your gods, if you are going to do anything." 68 We said: O fire! be thou cool and peace unto Ibrahim. 69 They wished to entrap him, but We made them greater losers. 70 and We delivered him, and Lot, unto the land that We had blessed for all beings. 71 And We gave him Isaac and Jacob in addition, and all [of them] We made righteous. 72 We appointed them as leaders to guide the people through Our command and sent them revelation to strive for good deeds, worship their Lord, and pay religious tax. Both of them were Our worshipping servants. 73 And We gave Lut the kingdom and knowledge, and We rescued him from the township that committed vile deeds; indeed those evil people were disobedient. 74 And We admitted him into Our mercy; indeed he is among those who deserve Our proximity. 75

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
