Then whosoever does righteous works, while believing, his striving will not go unappreciated. We record them all for him. 94 It has been ordained against every town that We ever destroyed that they shall not return (to enjoy a new lease of life) 95 but when Gog and Magog are let loose and swarm down from every hillside and they spread out, [leaping across every barrier of land and sea], 96 The Day of Judgment will then draw near and the unbelievers will stare amazedly and cry, "Woe to us! We had neglected this day. We have done wrong". 97 [Then they will be told:] "Verily, you and all that you [were wont to] worship instead of God are but the fuel of hell: that is what you are destined for. 98 Had they really been gods they would not have entered it: They will all abide in it for ever. 99 They shall groan. They will not hear therein anything else. 100 Indeed those to whom Our promise of goodness has been made, have been kept far away from hell. 101 They shall not hear even a whisper of it, and they shall live for ever in the delights which they had desired. 102 They will not be affected by the great terror. The angels will come to them with this glad news: "This is your day which was promised to you." 103 The Day when We will fold the heaven like the folding of a [written] sheet for the records. As We began the first creation, We will repeat it. [That is] a promise binding upon Us. Indeed, We will do it. 104 We have already written in the Psalms following the Reminder, "My righteous servants shall inherit the earth." 105 Verily there is a message in this for people who are devout. 106 And We have not sent thee except as a mercy unto the Worlds. 107 Say, "It has been revealed to me that your God is but One God. Will you then submit to Him?" 108 But if they turn away, then say, "I have announced to [all of] you equally. And I know not whether near or far is that which you are promised. 109 "It is He Who knows what is open in speech and what ye hide (in your hearts). 110 I think that this [reprieve] is possibly a trial for you, an opportunity to enjoy yourselves until an appointed time." 111 "Judge in truth (between us), O Lord," he said. "Our Lord is merciful, whose help we seek against what you attribute." 112
