Then whoso doeth some good works and is a believer, there will be no rejection of his effort. Lo! We record (it) for him. 94 The people whom We destroyed can never return to this world 95 but when Gog and Magog are let loose and swarm down from every hillside and they spread out, [leaping across every barrier of land and sea], 96 and the time for the fulfilment of the true promise of Allah draws near, whereupon the eyes of those who disbelieved will stare in fear, and they will say: "Woe to us, we were indeed heedless of this; nay, we were wrongdoers." 97 Surely you and what you worship besides Allah are the firewood of hell; to it you shall come. 98 Had these been gods, they would not have gone down thereunto; and all of them therein shall be abiders. 99 They shall groan. They will not hear therein anything else. 100 Indeed those to whom Our promise of goodness has been made, have been kept far away from hell. 101 They shall not hear even a whisper of it, and they shall live for ever in the delights which they had desired. 102 The Hour of the Great Terror shall not grieve them, and the angels shall receive them saying: "This is your Day which you had been promised." 103 The day We shall roll up the heavens like a written scroll, We shall revert it (to nothing) as it was before We first created it. This is a promise incumbent on Us; We will certainly fulfil it. 104 And indeed We wrote, after the reminder in the Zaboor that, “My virtuous bondmen will inherit the earth.” 105 Lo! there is a plain statement for folk who are devout. 106 We sent thee not save as a mercy for the peoples. 107 Say: "It has but been revealed unto me that your God is the One and Only God: will you, then, surrender yourselves unto Him?" 108 But if they turn back, Say: "I have proclaimed the Message to you all alike and in truth; but I know not whether that which ye are promised is near or far. 109 He knows surely what you say aloud, and what you hide within your breasts. 110 I think that this [reprieve] is possibly a trial for you, an opportunity to enjoy yourselves until an appointed time." 111 He also said, "Lord, judge (us) with Truth. Our Lord is the Beneficent One whose help I ask against the blasphemies you say about Him". 112
