The Arrangers (Al-Saaffaat)
182 verses, revealed in Mecca after Animals (Al-An 'aam) before Luqmaan (Luqmaan)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
I swear by (the angels) who stand in ranks, 1 by those who drive away the devil (to protect Our revelation), 2 By those (angels) who bring the Book and the Quran from Allah to mankind [Tafsir Ibn Kathir]. 3 Verily, most surely, your God is One 4 the Lord of the heavens and the earth and of whatever lies between the two, the Lord of the Easts. 5 Lo! We have adorned the lowest heaven with an ornament, the planets; 6 And to guard against every rebellious devil. 7 they listen not to the High Council, for they are pelted from every side, 8 and are repelled. Theirs is an unceasing chastisement. 9 Except one who sometimes steals a part, so a blazing flame goes after him. 10 Ask them thou: are they stronger in structure or those others whom We have created? Verily We! We have created them of a sticky clay. 11 No, you marvel, while they scoff. 12 And when they are reminded, they mind not, 13 and when they become aware of a [divine] message, they turn it to ridicule 14 and say: "This is clearly nothing but [a mortal's] spellbinding eloquence! 15 "When we are dead and have become dust and bones, shall we (then) verily be resurrected? 16 And our forefathers? 17 Say thou: "Yea, and ye shall then be humiliated (on account of your evil)." 18 So that is just a single jolt, thereupon they will begin staring. 19 And will say, “O our misfortune!” It will be said to them, “This is the Day of Justice.” 20 (It will be said): "This is the Day of Judgement which you used to deny." 21

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
