It is He who gave you hearing, sight, and hearts, but only few of you give thanks. 78 And He it is Who spread you on the earth, and unto Him ye will be gathered. 79 And He it is Who giveth life and causeth death, and His is the difference of night and day. Have ye then no sense? 80 But nay, they speak as the people of olden times did speak: 81 They say: "When we are dead and turned to dust and bones, shall we be raised to life again? 82 Assuredly this we have been promised - we and our fathers - aforetime: naught is this but the fables of the ancients. 83 Say: Unto Whom (belongeth) the earth and whosoever is therein, if ye have knowledge? 84 They will say: 'To Allah' Say: 'Then will you not remember' 85 Ask them: "Who is the Lord of the seven heavens, the Lord of the Great Throne?" 86 They will say: "Allah." Say: "Will you not then fear Allah (believe in His Oneness, obey Him, believe in the Resurrection and Recompense for each and every good or bad deed)." 87 Say: 'In whose hand is the dominion of everything, protecting and Himself unprotected, if you have knowledge?' 88 'Allah' they will reply. Say: 'How then can you be so bewitched' 89 Nay! We have brought to them the truth, and most surely they are liars. 90 God has not taken to Himself any son, nor is there any god with Him; for then each god would have taken off that he created and some of them would have risen up over others; glory to be God, beyond that they describe, 91 He knows what is hidden and what is open: too high is He for the partners they attribute to Him! 92
