It is God who has created ears, eyes, and hearts for you. Little are the thanks that you give. 78 It is He who multiplied you on the earth, and it will be before Him that you will be gathered. 79 It is He Who gives life and death, and to Him (is due) the alternation of Night and Day: will ye not then understand? 80 On the contrary they say things similar to what the ancients said. 81 They say, "When we die and become dust and bones, shall we then be raised up again? 82 "Such things have been promised to us and to our fathers before! they are nothing but tales of the ancients!" 83 Say, "To whom do the earth and all therein belong? Tell me, if you have any knowledge?" 84 They will quickly reply, "It belongs to God." Say, "Will you not, then, take heed?" 85 Say, "Who is the Lord of the seven heavens, and of the Glorious Throne?" 86 They will say: "Allah." Say: "Will you not then fear Allah (believe in His Oneness, obey Him, believe in the Resurrection and Recompense for each and every good or bad deed)." 87 Say, “In Whose hand is the control over all things, and He provides refuge, and none can provide refuge against Him, if you know?” 88 They will surely say: "(The dominion over all things) belongs to Allah." Say: "Whence are you then deluded?" 89 Aye! We have brought them the truth and verily they are the liars. 90 Never did Allah take to Himself a son, and never was there with him any (other) god-- in that case would each god have certainly taken away what he created, and some of them would certainly have overpowered others; glory be to Allah above what they describe! 91 The knower of the absent and the present, too exalted is He for what they associate (with Him)! 92
