He it is Who hath created for you ears and eyes and hearts. Small thanks give ye! 78 It is He who scattered you in the earth, and to Him you shall be mustered. 79 And He it is Who gives life and causes death, and (in) His (control) is the alternation of the night and the day; do you not then understand? 80 Nay, but they say the like of what the men of old said. 81 They say: "Is it that when we are dead and have been reduced to dust and bones, shall we then be raised up again? 82 We and our fathers were promised this before; it is nothing but ancient lore!" 83 Say: "If you have knowledge, 'to whom belongs the earth' and, 'whoever is in it? '" 84 [And they will reply: "Unto God." Say: "Will you not, then, bethink yourselves [of Him]?" 85 Say, "Who is Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the Great Throne?" 86 They will say, "They belong to God." Say, "So do you not fear Him?" 87 Say: "In whose hand rests the mighty dominion over all things, and who is it that protects, the while there is no protection against Him? [Tell me this] if you happen to know [the answer]!" 88 They will surely say: "(The dominion over all things) belongs to Allah." Say: "Whence are you then deluded?" 89 Nay! We have brought to them the truth, and most surely they are liars. 90 God has not taken to Himself a son, nor is there any other deity besides Him; otherwise, each god would have walked away with what he had created. They would surely have tried to overcome one another. Glory be to God, above all that they ascribe to Him. 91 (He is) the Knower of the Unseen and the Seen, High Exalted be He above that they associate. 92
