It is God who has created ears, eyes, and hearts for you. Little are the thanks that you give. 78 And He has multiplied you through the earth, and to Him shall ye be gathered back. 79 It is He Who gives life and death, and to Him (is due) the alternation of Night and Day: will ye not then understand? 80 And talk as did the people of old. 81 They say: When we are dead and have become (mere) dust and bones, shall we then, forsooth, be raised again? 82 We have been promised this, we and our forefathers, before; this is not but legends of the former peoples." 83 Say: "If you have knowledge, 'to whom belongs the earth' and, 'whoever is in it? '" 84 They will say: "To God." Say: "Then why do you not bethink yourselves?" 85 Say: "Who is it that sustains the seven heavens and is enthroned in His awesome almightiness?" 86 They will say: (This is) Allah's. Say: Will you not then guard (against evil)? 87 Say: "Who is it in whose hands is the governance of all things,- who protects (all), but is not protected (of any)? (say) if ye know." 88 They will say, "All this belongs to God." Say to them, "How are you then deluded?" 89 Nay, We have conveyed unto them the truth: and yet, behold, they are intent on lying [to themselves]! 90 God has never given birth to a son and there is no other god besides Him. If there were, each god would have taken away his creatures and claimed superiority over the others. God is too exalted to be as they believe Him to be. 91 He knows both what is visible and what is not visible. Exalted is Allah above all that they associate with Him. 92
