It is He who gave you hearing, sight, and hearts, but only few of you give thanks. 78 It is God who has settled you on the earth and before Him you will all be assembled. 79 And He it is Who gives life and causes death, and (in) His (control) is the alternation of the night and the day; do you not then understand? 80 But nay, they speak as the people of olden times did speak: 81 They say: "What! when we die and become dust and bones, could we really be raised up again? 82 We and our fathers were promised this before; it is nothing but ancient lore!" 83 Say: Unto Whom (belongeth) the earth and whosoever is therein, if ye have knowledge? 84 They will say, God's.' Say: 'Will you not then remember?' 85 Say: 'Who is the Lord of the seven heavens and the Lord of the mighty Throne?' 86 They will say: (This is) Allah's. Say: Will you not then guard (against evil)? 87 Ask them, "If you have any knowledge, in whose hands is the ownership of all things? Who is the one who gives protection and yet He Himself is never protected?" 88 They will say, "(It belongs) to Allah." Say: "Then how are ye deluded?" 89 We have revealed to them the truth. But they are certainly liars. 90 Allah hath not betaken to Himself any son, and there is not along Him any god; else each god would have gone off with that which he had created, and one of them would have exalted himself above the others. Hallowed be Allah above that which they ascribe! 91 Knower of the unseen and the visible; He is exalted above all that which they associate with Him. 92
