Pray, (O Muhammad): "My Lord, if You should bring the scourge of which they had been warned in my presence, 93 "My Lord! Then (save me from Your Punishment), and put me not amongst the people who are the Zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doing)." 94 Indeed, We are able to show you that which We promised them. 95 Repel thou the evil with that which is fairer. We Ourselves know very well that they describe. 96 And say, "My Lord, I seek refuge in You from the incitements of the devils, 97 “And my Lord, (I seek) Your refuge from their coming to me.” 98 Until, when death comes to one of them he says: 'My Lord, let me go back, 99 "So that I may do good in that which I have left behind!" No! It is but a word that he speaks, and behind them is Barzakh (a barrier) until the Day when they will be resurrected. 100 So when the Trumpet is blown – so there will neither be any relationship among them* that day, nor will they ask about one another. (The disbelievers) 101 then those whose scales weigh heavy with good works will be successful. 102 And as for him whose good deeds are light, these are they who shall have lost their souls, abiding in hell 103 The fire shall scorch their faces, and they will remain dejected in it. 104 "Are you not those to whom My revelations were recited, and you dubbed them as lies?" 105 They will say: our Lord! our wretchedness overcame us, and we have been a people erring. 106 Lord, take us out of this and if we sin again, we shall certainly be unjust". 107 He (Allah) will say: "Remain you in it with ignominy! And speak you not to Me!" 108 Lo! there was a party of My slaves who said: Our Lord! We believe, therefor forgive us and have mercy on us for Thou art Best of all who show mercy; 109 But you made a laughing stock of them to the point where it made you forget My remembrance; and you went on laughing at them. 110 Verily I have recompensed them today, for they bore patiently, verily they are the achievers. 111 He (Allah) will say: "What number of years did you stay on earth?" 112 They will say, "We stayed a day or part of a day. Ask those who have kept count." 113 He will say: You did tarry but a little-- had you but known (it): 114 Did you, then, think that We created you in mere idle play, and that you would not have to return to Us?" 115 So Most Supreme is Allah, the True King; there is no God except Him; Lord of the Throne of Honour. 116 If anyone invokes, besides Allah, Any other god, he has no authority therefor; and his reckoning will be only with his Lord! and verily the Unbelievers will fail to win through! 117 And (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) say, “My Lord! Forgive and have mercy, and You are the Best of all the Merciful. 118
